What happens when a pony is rescued from an auction?
When a pony is rescued from an auction, our first priority is getting them home safely. They are provided with fresh water and hay and frequent stops are made along the journey home to let them rest.Â

Once they arrive at the rescue, they are given time to settle in and are assessed for their immediate needs. We provide fresh water, feed, a safe place to rest, and schedule veterinary and farrier appointments, at those appointments they are provided medications, dental care, or other treatment depending on their condition.

New arrivals are quarantined for 30 days and monitored closely as we learn about their health, personality, and individual needs. Some ponies may need significant rehabilitation before they are ready for adoption, while others simply need time, patience, and a safe environment to begin their new life.

Our goal is simple: to give every rescued pony the safety, care, and second chance they deserve.
