Yes. We understand that sometimes circumstances change and an owner may no longer be able to provide the care their pony needs. Asking for help is not something to be ashamed of.
 

We approach every surrender request with compassion, understanding, and without judgment. Whether you are facing financial difficulties, a change in your living situation, health or family circumstances, or simply realize that your pony's needs have become more than you can manage, we encourage you to reach out.
 

Our priority is the safety and well-being of the pony, while also treating every owner with kindness and respect. We will listen to your situation and work with you to determine what options may be available.
 

Our ability to accept a surrender depends on our available space, resources, and the individual needs of the pony, so we cannot guarantee that we can take every pony. However, please don't wait until you are in crisis to ask for help. Even if we cannot accept the pony ourselves, we may be able to provide guidance, resources, or help you explore other options.
